Alicia is a 3rd class municipality in Zamboanga, Sibugay province of the Philippines.
I was so lucky to visit Alicia on its 64th Araw ng Alicia 2015. Alicia was formerly part of Margosatubig in Zamboanga del Sur, until its creation on August 22, 1951, under EO #268 which was issued by President Elpidio Quirino and named after his wife Mrs. Alicia Syquia Quirino.
